Oak Hill

The City of Oak Hill is a hidden jewel just south of downtown Nashville. The City encompasses eight square miles with about 1,800 homes. Its 4,700 residents are drawn to the exclusive single-family zoning and low-density housing on large, tree-filled lots. The City of Oak Hill is completely residential with no commercial establishments. It is home to the Tennessee Governor’s Residence, 15 churches, and a number of schools. Within its borders is Tennessee’s largest state natural area, the 1,200-acre Radnor Lake.

Nestled in between Green Hills and Brentwood, is the quiet, upscale neighborhood of Oak Hill. Many Oak Hill Neighborhood Nashville homes are situated on large wooded lots, with lots of privacy. Seemingly secluded, the winding roads of this quiet community are relatively close to the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Green Hills and Brentwood. Oak Hill is also home to Traveller’s Rest Plantation.

Oak Hill Nashville TN Homes consist mostly of single family homes on large lots. Many homes have great hillside views. There is a diverse mix of architectural styles with many custom homes.
