Downtown Nashville Tennessee living is undergoing an explosion in the development of new condos, revitalization of the old historic mills and warehouses, as well as a rebirth in the interest in living and working downtown. Downtown Nashville’s pedestrian-friendly atmosphere is a major plus. Downtown Nashville condo/ loft residents are in walking distance to LP Field- home of the Tennessee Titans, The Country Music Hall of Fame, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Bridgestone Arena, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Broadway, and the soon-to-be new Nashville Convention Center- Nashville Music City Center. The District, is also a major attraction in Downtown Nashville, this area encompasses the honky tonks and music venues on Broadway and 2nd Ave.

One of the major drawbacks to living in downtown Nashville was the lack of grocery stores within walking distance. HG Hill has introduced an Urban Market to meet the needs of downtown residents. It offers a full service grocery store as well as prepared foods.
