Originally from Nashville, Josh graduated from Louisiana State University in International Trade and Finance. Josh served 8 years in the U.S. Army, including a 10-month stint in Bagram, Afghanistan, during Operation Enduring Freedom. These experiences, coupled with the education he received from Louisiana State, have molded him into a focused, disciplined, and strong willed individual ready to put these traits to work for you.

Nina Lampley

Born and raised in Nashville, Nina Lampley likes to be considered more than just a local. For the past four years, she has dedicated herself to becoming an expert in not only the Nashville area, but in its ever-changing real estate market as well.
Shortly after attending Middle Tennessee State University, Nina obtained her real estate license and began working for a local builder. Almost instantly she discovered a passion for real estate and quickly moved into a sales management position.
From the moment you meet Nina, her enthusiasm and passion for what she does is undeniable and her expertise and knowledge is comforting.
To Nina, real estate is much more than supporting someone as they buy or sell their home. It’s about building long-term relationships after the ink on the final contract is dry. Stefanie Schmitz

Born and raised in Franklin, TN, Stefanie attended Belmont University where she studied marketing and business administration. Following college, she began working as an administrative assistant for a local real estate company.
Stefanie joined The Anderson Group in 2011 and works directly with the group’s buyer’s agent. She specializes in locating and showing properties.
Stefanie uses her knowledge and expertise of the local area to help clients find the perfect home to suit their needs. With her professionalism and strong communication skills, she strives to make the process of finding and buying a home an easy and enjoyable one!
Marcie Anderson
Listing Coordinator
With a degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University, Marcie has an eye for residential homes. She assists our sellers with getting their home ready to go on the market. From coordinating with our professional photographers, to home staging, and marketing our new listings, Marcie makes sure our homes make a great impression.
Mandy Hanks
Team Manager/ Marketing Director
Mandy is from Knoxville, TN. She graduated from Maryville College where she studied Business and Organizational Management. Mandy has found a place with The Anderson Group, assisting buyers and sellers from start to finish and beyond, making sure the entire process runs smoothly. She is also the director of marketing and administration and oversees the daily activities of the team.
